Coyle Hospitality Group

At one point, I was registered with Coyle Hospitality Group (CHG), but never actually did any work for them because I stayed so busy with other companies; therefore, the information I’m offering about CHG is what I remember. After a certain time period of not working for a particular company, most secret shopping companies will remove shoppers from their system but will allow shoppers to reapply. This is what happened to me with CHG.

If I remember correctly, CHG has a list of available shops on their site for shoppers to view once they are an approved shopper. I also believe before being approved as a new shopper for them, I had to take a test that involved terminology and other information targeting high-end restaurants and hotels. Once approved, the shops available were for exactly that…VERY high-end restaurants and hotel stays.

They are located in New York (that doesn’t mean shoppers have to live in New York). They have been in business since 1996...good track record.  According to their site today, they specialize in restaurants, hotels, cruise lines, spas, and timeshares.
